When not managing Point Blue’s safety program, dealing with a broken water pipe at one of our many locations, or making cost-saving changes to various vendor relationships, I can generally be found yelling (with love) at someone to do their dishes in the kitchen of our Petaluma headquarters.  I dot many i’s, cross many t’s, and even, sometimes, my arms.  I am the detailer’s detailer.  Driven from a young age to do this sort of work, at four I alphabetized my mother’s spice rack, and by 7, I was fixing broken items around the house.

No stranger to non-profit or facilities management, past professional experiences include providing facilities management for the San Francisco AIDS Foundation, and business management for an ecological cabinetry firm in Marin.  Educated, liberally, at a tiny Quaker college in the middle of the country, my interest in conservation was solidified on various backpacking trips and a 6 month long biology study abroad in Kenya.  A runner at heart and a bird nerd through and through, I can often be seen running with binoculars (not scissors).

I am tremendously proud to be part of the extraordinary Point Blue team.
