The Farallon Patrol provides the essential link to the mainland for our Farallon Island field station. These volunteers do an exceptional job of transporting PRBO personnel, supplies, mail and equipment to and from the island, often in difficult sea conditions. We thank all winter Farallon Patrol skippers for their support!

Honored at the annual Farallon Patrol dinner in March were skippers who have surpassed 25 and 50 Farallon trips (wearing yellow and blue caps, respectively). In this photo (left to right) are Farallon Program Manager Russ Bradley, Ron Levine, Mick Menigoz, Ralph Nobles, and John Wade.
