Position Description: We are seeking an organized, thorough, and action-oriented individual to fill our Accounting Administrator position. This role provides administrative support to aid in the efficient operation of the Finance team. Responsibilities including ensuring accuracy of the 1,000+ project and source codes set up across multiple systems, data entry of grants and contracts, providing support to the finance team, and completing complex processes with a high degree of attention to detail and precision. Compensation: $60,000 to $65,000 Annually. Point Blue provides a comprehensive benefit package including employer paid medical and dental for staff and 75% for dependents. Qualifications: Desired applicants will have a strong organizational and prioritization skill set with experience in accounting or complex administrative support and high interest and ability to identify how systems are interrelated and how making a change in one system will impact others.
