Payroll and Benefits Coordinator

Position Description: We are seeking an organized, thorough, and detail-oriented person to fill our Payroll and Benefits Coordinator position. This role administers the activities related to Point Blue’s payroll processing and benefits program, including health and retirement plans. Processes workers compensation claims and administers Point Blue’s leave of absence plan from beginning to returning to work. Produces reports and assists with various HR audits as well as records management.

Compensation and Benefits: $65,000-$75,000 Annually, depending on experience. Point Blue provides a comprehensive benefits package including employer paid medical and dental for staff and 75% for dependents. Our comprehensive benefits package also includes vision, life insurance, long-term care, long and short-term disability, flexible spending accounts, and retirement plans as well as time off benefits.

Qualifications: This position requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Resources or related field; and 3 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
