Workshop Goal: 
Identify actions that will prepare restoration projects for the consequences of climate change, and learn an approach for assessing climate vulnerabilities and identifying climate‐smart restoration actions.

Workshop Objectives

  • An understanding of climate projections for the North Bay region and where to find them
  • Knowledge of a tool and process to help address climate change in restoration projects
  • Develop a draft list of restoration actions to address climate change vulnerabilities

Intended Audience
Restoration practitioners in the North Bay of San Francisco who are working on restoration projects are encouraged to attend. Target audiences include biological consultants, conservation land managers, and others who design and implement restoration projects.
