Human Resources Manager

As Point Blue’s Human Resources Manager, I lead and support the full spectrum of HR functions to ensure a positive, equitable, and effective workplace. My responsibilities include overseeing talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws and internal policies. I partner with leadership to develop and implement strategies that align people practices with organizational goals, support staff development, and strengthen workplace culture.

I have over 15 years of experience leading HR strategy and operations in both corporate and government settings. Prior to joining Point Blue, I served in senior HR leadership roles at a Fortune 250 global engineering and construction company, where I supported major infrastructure and environmental projects including the California High-Speed Rail Program, the Los Angeles International Airport modernization, and large-scale Department of Energy decontamination efforts.

What motivates me every day is the opportunity to build and support systems where people can thrive—professionally and personally. I believe that when we create inclusive, equitable, and compassionate workplaces, we not only strengthen our teams but also deepen the impact of our collective mission. At Point Blue, I’m honored to support a passionate, science-driven organization working to create a healthy, resilient future for wildlife and people.

In my spare time, I love to travel!  I’ve been fortunate to have had the opportunity to visit over 30 countries and look forward to seeing more of the world.
