Novato Baylands Monthly Bird Walk

Point Blue’s Novato Baylands Native Plant Nursery

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

737 Aberdeen Rd, Novato, CA

Join us for two hours of birding around the tidal wetlands of the Novato Baylands with Point Blue Avian Ecologist Carleton Eyster, during a leisurely walk along the Bay Trail. Bird enthusiasts and nature lovers of all experience levels are welcome to join! The walk will be at a relaxed pace along a flat trail. We will hope to see many species of shorebirds, ducks, herons, and other unique wetland birds!

We will meet at 9 AM at Point Blue’s Novato Baylands native plant nursery at 737 Aberdeen Rd, Novato, CA. When you turn onto Aberdeen Road, there is a large gate, which will be open. Follow the signs to the nursery (and ignore the old no trespassing signs), bearing right on Aberdeen Road where it forks and continuing through another open gate and around a grassy field to the large building just before the wetlands with a gated garden and a wooden kiosk.

Reserve a spot here.
