Opening Reception for New Art Exhibit

In April of 2024, Megan Gnekow of 7 Ravens Studio spent a week at our Palomarin Field Station in the Point Reyes National Seashore doing a mini artist residency. Alongside our Northern Spotted Owl crew she was able to learn about and observe the owl’s ecology and conservation issues as she worked on an art piece to share these learnings.

You can view this finished work along with others at new exhibit titled “Illuminating Connections” at the Laguna de Santa Rosa Foundations’ Laguna Environmental Center.
