Live from Antarctica: Penguin Science Education Program

10:00-10:30 AM

Google Meet

Calling all penguin-interested classrooms and the Antarctic-curious! Join Point Blue and partner penguin biologists live from Cape Royds, Antarctica this winter to learn about penguin science, ecology, and conservation actions.

Please RSVP via this google form so we know to expect you. If you want to RSVP for multiple dates, you’ll need to “submit another response” after you sign up for your first date.

Step inside one of the world’s most remote Adélie penguin colonies as researchers share a behind-the-scenes look at their work studying penguins and Antarctic ecosystems. Enjoy a 10-minute talk about penguin life and current discoveries, followed by a 20-minute live Q&A where you can ask your own questions to the team on the ice.

If weather or other unforeseen challenges force us to cancel this broadcast, we will be in touch to reschedule. We look forward to connecting with you and/or your classroom soon!
